Wolf Back on Track, Inc. Media & Intellectual Property Release Agreement

I hereby grant Wolf Back On Track, Inc., including its subsidiaries NY Wolves, along with its affiliates, licensees, and successors (collectively, “WBOT”), the unrestricted, perpetual, and worldwide right to record, use, reproduce, distribute, and publish my image, voice, likeness, name, and statements (collectively, the “Media Content”) in connection with any WBOT project, content, program, or promotional activity (the “Work”) across all formats and platforms.

1. Media Use & Distribution

I authorize WBOT to:

  • Use all or part of the Media Content for commercial, educational, and promotional purposes, including but not limited to TV shows, digital series, podcasts, websites, events, advertising, and social media.
  • Modify, edit, reproduce, and incorporate the Media Content into other creative works without limitation or further approval.
  • Use my name, biography, and image in connection with all uses of the Work.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

  • I acknowledge that all rights, title, and interest in and to the Work and any derivative works—including recordings, scripts, edits, visual and audio materials—are and shall remain the exclusive property of WBOT.
  • I understand that I will not own or claim copyright or compensation related to the Work or the Media Content incorporated into it.
  • Any ideas, expressions, content, or creative contributions I make during the process shall be considered work made for hire or, where applicable, automatically assigned to WBOT.

3. Release of Claims

I release WBOT and its affiliates from any present or future claims related to:

  • Defamation, misrepresentation, or distortion
  • Invasion of privacy or publicity
  • Copyright or moral rights infringement
  • Compensation or royalties for use of the Media Content

4. Agreement Confirmation

I confirm that:

  • I am over the age of 18
  • I have read and fully understand this agreement
  • This agreement represents the full understanding between myself and WBOT
  • WBOT is not obligated to use the Media Content
